Lucibook — AIS Disclosure (TSP posture)
1. Our role under PSD2 / the Payment Services Regulations 2017
Lucibook acts as a Technical Service Provider (TSP) within the exclusion in paragraph 2(j) of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (FCA guidance PERG 15.5 Q39). Yapily Connect Ltd is the AISP of record; Lucibook processes AIS data on Yapily's behalf solely to populate your accounting books.
2. Data flow
Your bank → Yapily (AISP) → Lucibook (TSP).
3. Retention
Lucibook retains transaction data for the lifetime of your account plus the statutory UK accounting / tax record-keeping window (7 years post fiscal year).
4. Revocation routes
- Lucibook — Bank feeds → Disconnect.
- Yapily — Disconnecting in Lucibook calls Yapily to revoke the consent.
- Your bank — the bank's own consent / sharing screen.
5. Complaint handling
Route data-quality, consent or feed-reliability issues to Yapily first as the AISP of record. Lucibook escalates unresolved complaints on your behalf.
